Technology- Material：PVC, PP, PE, PVDF or PEEK sheet, cut to size on a panel saw: up to 3,050 mm square, 45 mm thick.
- Machining：Two Shoda gantry NC routers machine the sheet; an OKUMA CNC lathe turns the round parts.
- Welding：Hot air and a filler rod of the same material fuse plastic to plastic, for a strong joint.
- Assembly：Assembled into tanks, vessels, ducts and sinks, with a final inspection before shipping.
- Installation：Delivered in our own trucks, then installed, piped and ducted on site, and maintained by us.
